Vox Animus OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Vox Animus platform, a brand strategy tool for indie builders. We help you turn product intent into an enforceable Brand Schema through structured sprints covering vision, mission, positioning, and more.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vox Animus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vox Animus in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our explicit permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content that could harm the service or other users

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Vox Animus platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Vox Animus OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without our permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the brand content you create using our tools (your inputs, outputs, and Brand Schema). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimers

Vox Animus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

Brand strategy recommendations and outputs are guidance tools, not professional advice. Results depend on your inputs and implementation.

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the generated content is accurate for your business and complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Your Inputs: You own the inputs you provide to the tool.
• Generated Outputs: The generated outputs are provided to you for your use. Vox Animus retains intellectual property in the underlying templates and tool.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vox Animus OÜ and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vox Animus at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply to you based on your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
